You might be surprised at the amount and quality of free online resources for Computer Science Training. You might expect Google to offer free quality training but did you know that you can get the same courses taught in the classroom for free from such places as Harvard, MIT, and The University of California at Berkley? Amazing but true.
Google Code University
Google Code University has top notch courses in coding that are very relevant in the area of Web Programming, and Mobile content. If you are interested in Web or Mobile Development, Google Code University should be one of your primary bookmarks.
edX
edX -edX is a joint venture between the some of the finest Universities in the world, including MIT, Harvard, Georgetown and The University of Texas. It is a relatively new initiative but the courses offered are already impressive. Free-Ed.Net offers free short courses in the areas of Computer Science, Information & Communications Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Game Development. These are short courses and are not intended to be for Certification or College credits but they are still very good if you need a place to start or want to brush up your skills.

University of the People
University of the People is a worldwide Tuition-Free Online University. The University of the People offers a degree in Computer Science. There is a small application fee of $10 to $50 to gain admittance into the University and there is a $100 charge for end of course exams. These fees can be waved by various scholarships.
